At The Liv Touch Beauty Sanctuary, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and appreciate your understanding that missed appointments and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled service. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total using the payment method on file. If the payment method on file cannot be successfully processed for a no-show appointment, the full balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
